Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned where legally required, and all winings forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active tng66 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. tng66 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, confiscate associated balances, and withold any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tng66 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them following notice. Any remaining real-money balance in a closed dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, provided all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met, KYC verification is complete, and no active fraud or security investigation is pending on the account.
tng66 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-wallet cashouts (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees — processing times may extend during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits are method-dependent and will be communicated within the player's account settings. VIP tier members may have elevated withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. tng66 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific channel to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible tng66 players subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new players upon first deposit. Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" bonuses. All games on the tng66 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and are supplied by internationally licensed game studios subject to regular independent audits. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, communication error, software fault, or power interruption during a gaming session, tng66 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. tng66 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The aggregate maximum liability of tng66 to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
